Snow Kingdoms a veteran real estate company with more than $2 billion in projects, DDRM has a reputation for developing lucrative properties that cater to the affluent consumer, and the St. Regis Deer Crest Resort is no exception. “Guided by experience, research and a detailed set of design and development principles that have been tested and refined over many years to maximize the guest experience, DDRM produces projects that create a distinct sense of place,” the company says. Opened in late November, the 446,000square-foot, mixed-use St. Regis Deer Crest Resort features 181 custom-designed guestrooms – 67 of which are condo/hotel suites – and numerous luxury amenities. It is situated slope-side at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, and can be accessed directly from the Deer Hollow ski run. Park City, a former silver mining town turned ski resort, is where DDRM is headquartered.
