Featuring instruction laboratories and lecture halls, the five-story building is a fourfloor concrete structure with a pre-engineered “mechanical penthouse.” Cladding treatment includes anodized aluminum panels, curtain wall and brick veneer. With completion scheduled for August 2010, the laboratory building is approximately halfway through construction.
