BY MARTA JIMÉNEZ-LUTTER L ocated along 360-acres on the shores of North Lake, close to both Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas, Cypress Waters – a mixed-use residential, office, industrial and retail complex – is one of Billingsley Company’s most ambitious projects to date. The commercial and residential real estate developer purchased 1,000 acres in total in 2003 and had to work with the surrounding communities to develop a plan that would benefit the new tenants without disrupting the life of the established neighborhoods in the area.
