Lincolnshire, Ill.-based ARCH Consultants Ltd. is managing the construction project for TVAR, which is sponsored by parent organization National Lutheran Communities & Services (NLCS). According to NLCS Director of Public Relations Courtney Malengo, the community was originally built in 1890 in Washington, D.C. Building the Facelift General contractor Howard Shockey & Sons Inc. is overseeing the project, which is now in its second phase. In February 2012, TVAR unveiled the first phase, which features a ther- apy gym and 33 private rehabilitation suites.
