This property boasts brandnew apartments with modern design in a central location in downtown Columbus, close to retail shops, restaurants and ample parking. Groundbreaking for this structure took place in October 2011, according to The Republic. The local newspaper also reported the project will cost $18 million, will take 18 months to complete and will house 146 apartments.
