End and Back Bay.

Development. Both grew out of the work

which is why it builds most of its projects
from concept to completion.

Holland says he is most proud of the fact
that he and his siblings have been able
to grow the more than 50-year old family
business and maintain its quality control.
"We spent a lot of time working on both of
those things," he says, noting that while the

are challenging, working as a team allows
the company to accomplish anything. "We
also hire and train our own employees,
including the carpenters," Holland says.
