Other recent projects include building out new office spaces for
two clients it worked with in the past. The company last year completed a new office for Dr. Bruce McArthur in Lakewood, Colo. Nail
Builders had previously worked for McArthur several years ago.
The company also recently completed an office in Loveland, Colo.,
for Fox Creek Dental. Nail Builders last year expanded another office
space in Longmont, Colo., for the practice.
Nail Builders hopes to double its sales in the next few years by
taking on larger projects. "We are continuing to grow the company,"
Nail says. "For us, it's not about how many jobs we do, but the quality
of a good job and happy clients."
Nail Builders' recent projects include a remodel and rebuild
project for Peak OMS, an oral surgery and dental implant practice in
Lakewood, Colo. The $600,000 project included significant asbestos
abatement work. The company also reinforced the structure of the
building's floors to support a large aquarium as well as equipment,
floating the floor to accommodate different floor heights from years
of different flooring.
"We work in many buildings that are older or have structural
issues such as mold and asbestos," Nail explains, noting that many
