ventilation and air conditioning training.
"We're constantly making sure employees have access to different
training materials and opportunities," he says.
QuesTec's vendors also regularly visit its offices to teach employees about its latest products. These can range from new pipes to the
latest chiller. "We try to have one vendor a month come in and do a
lunch-and-learn," he says.
QuesTec plans to continue developing its employees going forward.
"The biggest thing for the future is to continue to clear a path for
people to grow and have dreams that aren't limited by someone in
front of them," Boyd says.
"They can have a path they can start on their own, and [we] can
just encourage our people to have big dreams where there's nothing
hold them back," he says. "We want to make those opportunities
available for them."
If those dreams include taking QuesTec into a new territory,
"That's great," Boyd says. "I think that's really what's going to drive
our growth and future - our people wanting to dream, expand and
look for something new."
