RLH's current multifamily projects include Park Hill Townhomes
in Winter Park, Fla., which it broke ground on in 2016. "The project
consists of 10 exclusive luxury townhomes that will be located on
the southeast corner of North Park Avenue and Whipple Avenue
across from the Winter Park Country Club, with seven of the units
directly on Park Avenue," the company says.
"Winter Park Magazine has dubbed this as 'a legacy on Park
Avenue,' and we here at RLH are more than excited to be named
the general contractor for this project," the firm says. The project is
scheduled to finish this year.
