Only the Best
Tridel has won a number of industry awards over the years for
design, customer service, sales, marketing and construction excellence. This year, Tridel received seven BILD Awards from the Building
Industry and Land Development Association.
BILD recognizes the achievements of developers, homebuilders,
architects and designers, as well as sales and marketing professionals, in the Toronto area. Its wins included Home Builder of the Year,
Green Builder of the Year, Best Sales Team and Best Customer Care.
Featuring a diversity of designs by internationally acclaimed
architectural firms, one being Arquitectonica of New York City, the
buildings follow an architectural design with a series of prismatic blocks, stacked over and next to each other, facing the nearby
waterfront. Windows and balconies will be oriented to maximize
waterfront and city views.
Though construction on the first of the seven buildings won't
be complete until fall, units in the $700 million development
are almost sold out. The buildings will be 12 or 13 stories high,
and the development will also include two commercial towers.
The units will be mid- to high-end ranging from $300,000 to $5
million per unit.
