TRIANGULAR-SHAPED CONDO DEVELOPMENT IN
TORONTO. BY KAT ZEMAN
n the heart of Toronto's downtown, a new 70-story condominium project is beginning to take shape. Steps away from the city's
waterfront, the upcoming Ten York condo development will
soar up from a very unique triangular-shaped wedge alongside
Toronto's major city artery.

The iconic skyline-altering addition to Toronto's existing architectural marvels is the brainchild of Tridel, a major real estate developer based in Toronto. The $200 million project features high-end
condos that will range in price from $350,000 to $4 million per unit.
Though the project won't be compete until 2018, roughly 97 percent
of the condos have already sold, Mirarchi notes.
"You are living in the heart of the city within walking distance
from the boardwalk to the lake and the entertainment district,"
Mirarchi says. "Plus, the amenities are fantastic. You never have to
leave your condo."
The 700,000-square-foot building will have an impressive
four-story glass lobby, high-speed elevators and six levels of
underground parking. Roughly 1,500 square feet is designed for
retail, though specifics have yet to be decided. The building will also
