Construction have been working
together on various projects for the
past 15 years. But both companies
have been around for decades.
Swinerton was founded more than 125
years ago and remains completely employee-owned today, which allows everyone
in the company to feel like they are a part
of every project the company undertakes.
With a dozen offices in six states, Swinerton's reach is wide and its buildings truly

The latest project these two employee-driven companies have undertaken as a
joint venture is the renovation of the popular shopping center, The Beverly Center, in
downtown Los Angeles.
