Commercial | ON SITE MANAGEMENT INC. On-site Expertise J ust like owners and subcontractors alike have learned to rely on On Site Management (OSM) Inc. during construction of projects, the company’s ownership had to learn to delegate, as well. It’s a good problem to have, though, since it means OSM continues to grow despite the recession. Fortunately, the BouMaroun brothers – Aziz, Shaheen and Charles – realize the key to success is to maintain a reliable work force. “It is easy for us to get in over our heads when juggling all of the responsibilities and day-to-day operations that running a company entails; it is a constant struggle to properly allocate our time to all of the areas of the business,” owner Shaheen BouMaroun says. “As a result, we are slowly but surely learning to macro-manage, thus giving up some of day-today transactions of our business while maintaining accountability of performance.” Aziz and Shaheen BouMaroun first founded Technical Group Inc. in 1987 as an architecture and engineering company. Eventually, the pair decided to convert their business into a onestop shop for its projects, so it launched a construction division to complement Technical Group’s design services in 1995. The construction side continued to grow on its own, so the BouMarouns launched On Site Management Inc. in 2002 with their younger brother Charles at the helm. Today, OSM is a full-service general contracting and construction management company that – in conjunction with Technical Group Inc. – offers design, architectural, engineering and construction services for clients throughout the United States. OSM’s clients include a number of national restaurant chains such as Denny’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Red Robin, Burger King, Ram’s Horn, Hardee’s, Little Caesars, IHOP and Aladdin’s. The company also has performed for property managers and developers as well as retail chains Walgreens and Arbor Drugs. Many of OSM’s clients are nationally known restaurant and retail chains. « ON SITE MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL GROUP INC. OFFER ONE-STOP CONSTRUCTION.
